iPhone X Caller ID Show Problem

Hi there,

I am having a problem with my Iphone X, when my phone rings the screen lights up, unlocks itself and rings but doesnt show the caller id after 5-6 seconds.

I have tried resetting the phone, updating, hard resetting and if I am not mistaken; hard-updating as well.

What do you guys think ?

That’s what Apple support told me to do. Hold the Volume Up and Side button until you see the Apple logo and dont let it go for another 10 seconds to enter into iTunes Updatre mode, which they have called it Hard Update. It was a first time for me hearing as well
