Caller name not showing when someone is calling?

Hi,

When someone is calling me it is just showing the number and not their name (even though they are in the contact list)?

I have a unlocked\jailbroke US v1.1.1 phone running in the UK.

Thanks if you can help as its really caught me out a few times..
