Caller not showing?

My wife has had a recent change in her 'calling number display' for incoming calls. Instead of the caller ID or contaqct showing up, she gets the phone number in the top upper left hand portion of her iPhone. If she touches that, then the caller information appears. We have tried changing notifications for her phone, but not sure what setting put this in place. Anyone know? Thanks in advance....

Would you be able to share screenshots of what’s going on? Otherwise, going into Settings>Phone>Incoming Calls>Full Screen may help.
