Calling all maxupgrades customers

Well i ordered a the 2 gig kit from maxupgrades 3 days ago and it still says processing request and my CC hasn't been charged yet. So my question is how long did everyone else's ram take to ship? Do i need to call them?

My 2Gb kit was ordered 27/9, delivered to Australia on 4/10.

Ordered mine Saturday, they processed it Monday, sent me a Fed Ex email for tracking Monday, and it's on the truck as we speak for delivery.

well i got my ran finally and it was dead on arrival. I sent it back and they are only going to pay half of the fedex costs.

Damn, that f'd. Mine works fine, my system has been up and running for a day now.

Hmph.
A stand-up seller otta pay the freight both ways on a DOA or a full refund including shipping -- although they should have one opporunity to replace it with working RAM before a refund is demanded. About 1% of RAM is DOA, that can't be avoided.

Not necessarily free overnight air though -- are you demanding overnight service?
