Hi all.

Updated to iOS 5 on the 12th, everything went well. Come yesterday, however, the camera and albums won't launch/won't save a picture I take.

Restored the phone once, already, didn't solve the issue. I did back up to my old settings, so maybe that's the problem? Would you think that setting up as a new device would solve the issue?

I hope to pick up my 4S from Best Buy today, but I would like to keep my 3GS and have a family member use it.

Thanks!

EE

Thought I should add that this phone is only 3 weeks old, my original 3GS's battery died.

So, BestBuy sold my 4S before I could get to it, so..... I'm stuck with my glitching 3GS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... I miss having a camera.

I have had the same problem for the last 5 days. Very annoying. Going to call apple care today though and see if they can help.

I posted a video about this on my iphone 4 with iOS 5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwCywguCbZQ
the samething was happening with my phone. i called apple, the woman never heard about this, they told me to reset my phone to new and check to see if the camera worked, it did. then they told me that it was an issue with my backup file, and that the only solution would be to restore as new and start over…its not that big of a deal, just takes time to resync everything...
