Maybe I'm missing something but when I switch to 2x on the camera it does not change cameras. I can put my finger over the bottom camera and the image still displays and takes a photo. On video it works correctly. Anyone else experiencing this?

What’s the light levels like in your location? The 2nd camera is only used if there’s sufficient light available, otherwise it just crops the main sensor.

This all happened when the dual camera Plus first appeared. When you put your finger over the lens, it "knows" it can't see anything so it continues to use the "working" camera. That's pretty smart if you ask me.
