Camera App Photo Edit breaks edit on Windows

If you edit any photos on an iOS device you can no longer rotate images due to corrupted properties on the photo. Anyone know how to fix this without stripping it all out?

Only seems to be a problem with windows photo viewer. Paint.NET stripped out the offending file property.
