So I'm like many others in that I am not blown away by the 5 & my Nexus 7 has me really enjoying Jelly Bean. I have an iPhone 4, iPad 3 & the Nexus 7 and really want to go premium Android. No WM.

My only issue is that the camera on the 4S/5 is so damn good. My wife has a 4S, knows NOTHING about taking good pictures but she takes some VERY good pics with her 4S.

I will not consider anything that isn't Jelly Bean. With that said, what premium Android devices are likely to have a camera of equal quality not just I'm specs but in results? The Note 2? Nexus 5? HTC One X+? Really would like expandable memory too but camera is a huge priority.

Thoughts anyone?

Kinda what I thought...no Android device with a better camera than 4S.

Thank you for the response. I was considering the One X+ but I think it has the same camera. Not sure software will help that much. I may just stick with i5 for phone & enjoy Jelly Bean on my Nexus 7. Chances are an HTC Nexus would have a similar camera.

How the hell can ALLLL these OEMs not put a better camera on an Android device?

Seems to me like HTC spent too much time getting it to shoot in burst mode rather than on the quality of the images. Also the One X has issues shooting 1080p. It shoots in 24fps and means image is a bit choppy especially when panning.
