Camera Case (Slim Digital)

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a simple, preferably ~$10 or less case for a slim digital camera, specifically the Casio EX-Z60. I just bought one and tried the Case Logic active case, but it's too thick. I liked the look of their Pockets, but when I saw it in the store and realized how it worked (it's stretchy, and there's no flap, instead the slit is about a third of the way down so you stretch the case top back everytime you want to put it in or take it out). Basically, I want scratch and dent protection without it being very thick. I don't need pockets, if they don't add to the size much it'd be ok, but otherwise they'll just be excessive.

LowePro makes some nice, small, cases for pocket size cameras. I have one that fits my Elph very nicely, and has a pocket for spare battery and SD card(s). I think this is the one: http://www.lowepro.com/Products/Camera_Pouches/designed_digital/D-Pods_10.aspx

I used a camera case from http://www.cutecamcase.com, worked well. Not sure what the price is nowadays.
