It's been a long wait but I can't wait to finally have the opportunity to download this app!

What is your source for this?

Sorry, from their blog...
Camera+ news

On a side note, for those of you who’ve been clamoring to hear some news on the ultimate photo app, Camera+, we’ve got some great stuff for you… our newest version is now finished and in review in the App Store, so it should be available anytime now.

What’s new in it? Well, we’ll save that as a surprise for you, but it’s our biggest update yet. I promise that you won’t be the least bit disappointed with it, so get ready for it…

I also got this from 9to5mac website RSS feed!!!

I can't believe it's back! This is one of the my favorite photography app.

And now it has some really cool things such as depth of field editing to make it look more like an SLR.

Also pasting photos to your photo library keeps the photos metadata. This was a problem for me when it didn't because I wanted to use various app to edit the photo while keeping the metadata. But now they fixed that.

They fixed everything and added a lot in this app now.

I think Camera+ people has learned their lesson and won't be adding any hidden features that disobeys Apples rules.

Until they let it start in the camera view (like the default Camera app) I'm not buying it.. I'd love to see a movie mode as well.

That's what it appears to do when I start it up. I didn't own it before it got pulled, so I don't know how it used to work.

No video mode though.

It does start in camera view...

glad to see it back, sad that i updated though because of course the volume button shutter hack has now been disabled..

I now have the update installed on my iPhone. It seems to load much faster than the old version. I'm glad it goes straight to camera mode now, too. The filter applications are also applied faster than before. I much like this update.
