Camera Full !?

When trying to take pictures I receive an error message :-
"There is not enough room to take additional pictures. Please delete some existing pictures"

I only had 4 pictures in the camera roll !!
So, I deleted the pictures and problem still remains !

Is there a fix for this or is it a recognised bug ?

I've Jailbroken the phone using Ziphone, tried restore and re-Jailbroken and problem remains on 1.4 firmware.

is there any space left in your phone, like if you have an 8gb phone, is 8gb used?

connect it into iTunes and see what it says on the bar at the bottom. if its full from a large amount of "other" try restoring your phone.

did you use bosstools to free up space?

try that if you didnt do that..
