On the Nikon Zoom Super Wide Angle-Telephoto AF Zoom Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G, B&H has the following note:

Note: Use of DX lenses are not recommended with 35mm, "full-frame" digital, or APS SLR cameras

Does this means that I can't use this lens with the D90?

The 18-200 is made for APS-C cameras like the D90 and you'll have no trouble at all with it. The disclaimer is for FX and IX240 (Pronea line?) of Nikon cameras which were APS film cameras.
