iPhone Camera+ Lightbox [Backup] Files

I recently encountered a bug in Camera+: photos taken via the app (Version 3.6.2 (3620)) are set to save to Lightbox; edited a few photos; saved them to camera roll; but for the first time, they disappeared completely -- no trace of them anywhere on the phone (iP4S).

Is there a way to get them back via my backup files on my Mac?

AND/OR is there a way to retrieve the photos in a file on the phone itself via SSH?
