After all the positive reviews I have seen on here for people who already had it.

Is there anyway possible I can get it?

No, they are not legally available for purchase on Cydia. taptaptap has fled since the day it was pulled form the AppStore.

Now since you're on 4.1, there is no easy way right now for you to jailbreak. IF you get it jailbroken you can get the *.ipa installation files of Camera+ from sharing sites and have it in your phone, for free. That's the only way now.

I wouldn't exactly call pirating it as it being available "for free", but that's essentially the case, yes. Unless Apple lets Camera+ back in the store, there is no legal way for you to obtain it.

I would hope it gets let back in, it has such a slick and quality UI with the animations and sound effects, not to mention it is just great.

It'd be pretty cool if it did get put back in. If Apple won't accept it anymore, I would change the name, UI, and get it posted under a new developer's name. Perhaps remove the volume button egg for now though.

I have it but it's moved to my secondary Photography folder for now as it won't be updated to take advantage of the HDR function. I wish it would come back though.

Wait a minute, no one knows if in fact Apple is not letting it back in. As a dev, I can guarantee you that they are extremely fair about these things, and if Camera+ was to simply remove that volume button hack (that they had been told they couldn't use) then the app would be fine.

Could it possible be that Tap Tap Tap has made enough money that they are willing to try a social experiment? Opportunity has allowed them to make a big stink about this "removal" and now when they hop back on, EVERYONE is going to purchase it in fear of it being pulled again. Only, it won't.

Don't blame this on Apple, this is Tap Tap Tap's screw up. And as a person who bought a dozen or so copies for friends, I'm furious that, at least in the foreseeable future, there won't be upgrades.
