I purchased a Apple Power Macintosh G4 867 DP and want to know if there is a way to add a 6 or 8 monitor setup (3 x 2 or 4 x 2 setup) to it?

TIA,
B.

Not sure why you'd want to...but I guess you could add like 3-4 video cards?

There are 5 PCI slots on that G4 I believe, so you might want to fill them all up with video cards and I think you can connect all your monitors to them.

Looks like it, but I'm not sure if all the cards would work "together", as in, you'd be able to set up the monitor alignment and such....I believe you'd just have a setup of two monitors, mirrored again and again...

But then again, I wouldn't know.

Use Radeon 9200 PCI's.

With the main AGP card doing 2 monitors, you can purchase 2 9200's and you'll have your 6 ports.

They wont be very accelerated but it'll work for photoshop and web browsing.

Video playback will suck.
