can a Hackintosh run on a motherboard having Nvidia chipsets?

For all those people who are in building Hackintosh.
I have an XFX motherboard with Nvidia chipsets.Although the computer is an Intel computer(Core 2 Duo) but I know Apple never uses Nvidia chipsets.
So the main question, can a Tony mac hackintosh run on a machine like this. If there is some additional software or patch required then please do let me know.

Apple did use NVidia chipsets between 2008 and 2010.
