Hello everyone, this is my my first post here. I have a Apple iMac G3/233 Original - Bondi and it says the MAX Ram is 512MB and I was wondering if I add a 1GB what will happen? and if you guys know anything about upgrading to 10.4 with a Fresh Hard drive nothing on it not even software please help me out. Everything original except a fresh 80 GB Hard Drive!

Thanks

Apple reports that this model can support a maximum of 128 MB of RAM. However, the "revision A" model "unofficially" can support a maximum of 384 MB of memory (one 128 MB and one 256 MB module) and the "revision B" model can use a maximum of 512 MB of memory (two 256 MB modules).

and i dont think 1gb (2x512mb )will work
