Can a old iPhone4 with USB cable to old printer be as AirPrint?

I have a idea to full useful my old iPhone4 and Printer as below:

1. Jailbreak iPhone4 for iOS9
2. Buy a USB cable for iPhone4
3. Connect iPhone4 to Canon iP2700 Printer
4. Share Printer
5. Install iTunes on jailbroken iPhone4 if need for AirPrint
6. Install AirPrint Driver if there is this app
7. all devices in the same WiFi LAN can print by iPhone4 to ip2700

Please give me your advice.
