My apartment building has a gym and it's decent for an onsite facility especially since it's open 24 hours. The problem is that the music is very loud almost all the time. The overnight staff are supposed to turn the music down in the late evenings but very rarely does this happen. As a result, I have to turn up the volume on my Bose QC1 earphones, which already do good job with noise cancellation, but even that is not enough to completely drown out loud rap & hip hop at 4AM. Can the AirPods Max solve this problem?
And if I'm just lifting weights without sweating a lot, are the AirPods Max worth buying as gym headphones? Do they fall off if you lie down like when you're bench pressing?
I know that there's a new model coming with an H2 or later chip but I don't need advanced features, just great noise cancellation.
Thanks
