I was reading a post earlier in the week where the developer was describing some of the reasons his app got rejected from the Store.

Something about improper use of a function.

For some reason it came to mind today that "Hmmmmm ... it seems I may be able to right my own apps in order to do, well, whatever I want it to since it said 'improper' and not 'unable' ."

Such an app would end up confined to my own phone but I was wondering is it possible for a developer to write whatever he wants for himself, perhaps an app where its possible to use Safari to browse macrumors, upload an attachment (like a pic), just like a regular computer?

Or perhaps something else?

You can write anything you want. Just a matter of if you know how to do it.
