Can an app made for jailbroken iphone be moved to the SDK easily?

I came up with a really good idea for an app the other day, and I really want to create the thing. However, my computer is running Windows, and I'd rather not purchase a whole new Mac computer just for an idea. I'm willing to pay the $99 to join the developer program, but unfortunately, Apple hasn't made the SDK available on Windows (and I don't even know if they are going to). The good news however, is I'll be going to a place that has Macs available for use in about a month. So my question is, if I wrote an app for a jailbroken iphone/ipod touch, would I be able to easily transfer it to an "official" app in about a month, or would it require a complete rewrite of what I've written?

the SDK actually more of an extention for XCode rather than an independent application, so i really doubt they would make one just for windows.

Personally, i think the main reason that they did this is so that because it is in XCode, this means that developers will be using their experience with making touch Cocoa apps to make apple applications, a sneaky but probably good move

I have tired just out of interest, drag-dropping a hacker app into the emulator, but it didnt work

I'm still wondering though, if say I wrote an app with the open source toolchain, would there be much to change with my code to get it to work in XCode?

You're gonna laugh, but ever think of going to an Apple Store and spending some time messing around with the SDK on their Macs there? I know they're out there and available for the customers to use. (I once read a news article about a woman using the Apple Store machines to write a book)

And since XCode is a basic component of OS X 10.5.X you should be able to test some of what you're trying to do. They might even have the SDK installed on some of the machines
