I'm an American living in Australia and i have an Australian iPhone. I might be moving back to the states soon. If i unlock my Aussie iPhone can it work with AT&T in the US?

I see no reason why it wouldn't work, just make sure it's AT&T or T-Mobile, has to be GSM.

It will work...

I have a 'factory' unlocked Iphone from Hong Kong and the phone worked perfectly on T-mobile in the States under their prepaid plan within limits. The only reason I couldn't surf the internet on the T-mobile network (i.e., wifi surfing was fine) was because I chose the prepaid plan. If I had chosen the family plan at T-mobile, all the other functionalities could have worked.
