It's not there...yet. All the wallpapers in the Dev Preview are the same as Snow Leopard, with the exception of the Mt. Fuji wallpaper.

Man, they really buried this thing. Had to use fs_usage to track this thing down. Attached

It was sitting in:

/System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Versions/C/Resources

Along with some other UI elements.

EDIT: Opps too large.
