I don't get a great fit with AirPods, and I wonder if the 3s would be worse. I don't really want to invest in pros because I'm not gonna be one of those people who wears them non-stop. The 2s have bothered me in the past and I think it's the shape/fit - just curious if the 3s are better or worse.

The originals and the 2s weren’t good for me.
The AirPods 3 are a superb fit. As far as I’m concerned, the change was all for the better.

You could always buy them and if they don’t fit, return them for a refund within a fortnight.

It's subjective. I've never had any issues with any AirPods.

I also can't smell wifi and don't vomit due to PWN :D

Airpods 3 "filled my ear" in an uncomfortable way that I couldn't "not feel" and I returned them

The Airpods 1 & 2 shape just literally "disappears" in my ears and I LOVE IT

I have, no joke, forgotten I have them in

Well I’m afraid they’ll be too big. I just don’t get a good fit with the original ones either. I could probably do the pros no problem due to the various size tips, but I also don’t do well when my ears feel like they are completely plugged, so I’m not sure something that actually FITS in there snugly will be good - it’s odd.

It shows that everyone is different because I literally couldn’t get AirPods 1 or 2 to fit properly in my ears without them feeling uncomfortable because of how loose they were. The only way I could make them usable was to fit a skin.

Conversely, the AirPods 3 are a perfect fit. When they’re in, they’re not coming out and as you said, I can’t even tell they’re there.

I still suggest this to @ssledoux

100%. I really hope they don't drop one of the designs as they need both..

There is no "one model works for all" here

Same here.

I ordered Airpods 3 and Airpods pro 2 and both made my ears hurt and fell out. I'm back to using my dying Airpods 2 and waiting for a bigger discount before I jump on a new set

I wish there was a set that fit the same way and had the same chip as Airpods so that they could seamlessly work with all my devices like Airpods do.
