Can anyone confirm this model?

I am very confused because it claims it is an early 2008 model but based on Apple's specs, they never made a Mac Pro in 2008 with dual core xeons (times 2). The 2008 model had Quad core xeons, either singe or two of them.

I'd say it is a 2006 with the wrong introduction date.

I'd also add that the specs. don't add up either. Leave alone would be my personal advice.

If the claim to instal Tiger on it, it's a dud, stay clear. the 08 MacPro's came with Leopard.

Errrr. 4.0 ghz Xeon? Stay away from these guys. Stay far away.

Regardless of whether someone has put a bit of the wrong info in or not, there are far too many gainsaver horror stories out there. I'd keep looking at eBay.

If you Google gainsaver you'll see a lot of horror stories about their sales tactics.

I wouldn't be surprised they listed their specs incorrectly intentionally from the reviews of their business.
