I was taking a picture in the dark without flash and moved my camera around, so the shutter got stuck so I shut the camera off and the camera wrote to the flash card, and this is what came out.

The shutter got stuck? Or it metered a 20second exposure?

Not sure why it saved the image if you somehow removed power while it was recording the image, but you captured some relatively bright objects while moving the camera. It is in effect, motion blur.
