Ever since I DLed the public beta for iOS 14 back in the summer, all of the little search, menu, “go” etc. icons (don’t think icon is the right term but unsure how else to refer to them) on all webpages in safari appear as boxes (see attached screenshot).
I thought at first that it might be a bug related to the beta release but now that iOS 14 has officially launched, I’m assuming I unknowingly did something weird in settings or that it’s some issue on my end.
Can anyone advise on how to fix this? It’s frustrating when I’m trying to navigate sites I’m unfamiliar with bc I just gave to guess which box represents menu, search etc.

Thanks!

Thoughts:
1: Are you using a content blocker? If so, it could be down to that.

2: Did you go into Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features and change anything in there?

It appears it was the Firefox focus content blocker. Thanks so much for your help!
