Hey guys, I' coming from android, so don't have much experience troubleshooting with iphones. I did a factory reset (erase all content, etc.) and now it's stuck at the apple logo. When it first boots on theirs a little loading white line underneath life where it would look as if something were loading up, but then it goes away and I'm just stuck at the logo.

Tried a hard reset, plugged it into itunes, now I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks

Try connecting the phone to a computer with iTunes. Shut if off. Now, put it in DFU mode (Google it; when in DFU mode there will be nothing showing on the scree). When iTunes detects an iPhone in recovery mode than Upgrade and Restore.

What happens after that?

Hey it it working.

Had to hard reset then plug into iTunes while iTunes was open and holding down the home button on the iPhone as I turned it on. Hope this helps someone else down the road.

Appreciate your reply
