Can anyone help me and tell me how to get my lock screen like this?

Well, I know that is the default lockscreen on windows phone 8 when music is playing. The only thing I can think of is that it might be part of the dreamboard theme called Paragon. Unfortunately it hasn't been released yet. There is a thread over at http://modmyi.com/forums/iphone-4-4s-new-skins-themes-launches/811213-preview-paragon.html for the theme.

The theme has not been released yet But when/if it is, You would download dreamboard (it's sort of like winterboard) in cydia, download the theme, and activate it with dreamboard.
