iPod touch Can anyone here make a jailbreak tweak for a Ipod 5 running on iOS 8.4

i have an ipod 5 running iOS 8.4 and don't like 2 things about it firstly then you playing music the music controls show on the lock screen as shown in picture i want to get rid on that but still want to keep the controls in the control center and the controls i have set on the navigation bar through activator and secondly the password screen then unlocking the ipod there is this big blank rectangle at the top of the screen that i don't like so looking for a crazy amazing widget for there can anyone help please
