iOS Can anyone log into Apple Developer Member Center on OSX?

I'm having some trouble logging into the Member Center and was wondering if anyone else is having issues.

It seems to hang waiting on idmsa.apple.com to load.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, that's the URL I started on. When I click the sign in button it hangs saying "Waiting for idmsa.apple.com", then totally craps out. What's weird is, I can log in via iPhone on cellular network no problem. Tried this on Chrome, Safari, FireFox and even tried signing in via XCode which is my ultimate goal.

I thought it was problems with my DNS, but I have updated those and am still having trouble.
