I apologize if these questions have been asked before.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the lockscreen theme used in these images and where to find it:

I'd also like to know the name of both fonts used for the clock on the lockscreen. And finally, how exactly do you get the time, date, and weather to appear like that underneath the app icons?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
