Give it another test run. Your link did work for me (after I tried it a second time). If not try going into any product page (like in the video above). See if both of these steps work.

EDIT: Try tapping on the "Chat" button twice or a couple or a few times. The first tap really doesn't do anything. But on the second tap, the chat window finally opens.

Or maybe try using a special desktop browser like Puffin instead of Safari
