My nephew is mad after a matte black skin for his iPhone 6 he's getting for Christmas
He's a batman fan and wanted his phone to be all black

Had a dbrand skin on mine for a while. Really loved the fit although a pain to get just right. A cheaper option would be a skintz its matte as well but more susceptible to fingerprints and it just feel a bit thinner, still a good fit. Look up those. Dbrand felt better grip wise, also it held up better adding and removing a bumper. The skintz just tore off trying to take a really tight case off.

Are you sure he will like the skin you will present. IMO phone should be main tool and then you can decide what kind of skin to use for it.

I second Decalgirl. They have a solid black matte skin and a matte black carbon fiber skin. Also, they always have a sale so you can get their skins at a decent price.
