Can anyone recommend me a good RAM chip?

Hey guys/gals,

Can any of you recommend to me a good 1GB RAM chip for my PB G4? Here are the specs:

Aluminum Powerbook G4
12" Screen
1GHz Processor
256MB of RAM soldered

I think that the RAM I need is a PC2700 DDR SDRAM chip, but I don't know where to start with all the options.

If you go the retail route, try to find a sale.

If its PNY RAM you pick up, check the chips and make sure they're Micron chips on the board, not the PNY chips. The PNY chips are junk.
