Does your photo contain the text "154.1 K" and "11.1 K" ?
LiveText probably thinks that K means temperature ("Kelvin") and offers you to "translate" the Kelvin temperature into Fahrenheit/Celsius.

You can switch "LiveText" off by clicking on the blue button on the right.

Punching the button on the right puts up the other 2 buttons on the left and turns the right button blue. An yone know how to turn it off? There is no text in the photo

There has to be text in the photo. (Might be very small.) Otherwise you would not see those buttons.

If you want to turn LiveText permanently off, you can do that System Preferences - General - Language & Region.
This will completely remove your iPhone's ability to recognize text in pictures. (Photos, Camera, Safari, etc.)

Unless I’m hallucinating, there’s definitely text in the background of the photo you posted.
