iPhone Can Apple stop jailbreaking?

Jailbreaking is getting harder and harder. Each time we wait longer for the jailbreak than before.
Bootrom cannot even be dumped beginning from iPhone 4S. No re-restore and SHSH blobs are useless. Jailbreaks are only relying on iOS security holes.
Is it possible that Apple builds in such a hardware protection that cannot be passed (without opening the phone)? Do you think they will do it?

Apple is closing security holes, which has a side effect of making jailbreaking more difficult and therefore time consuming. Eventually, it will not be worth the effort.

As a newbie, you would not know this topic has been covered every time a new release of iOS is pending. Same questions and same answers each time.

Sorry, but this is wrong. They didn't 'stop' jailbreaking with 6.1.3 and 6.1.4.

They found it to be a waste of time to even attempt to jailbreak 6.1.3 or 6.1.4, as it would give Apple the chance to patch the exploits that they have.

They are saving the use of those exploits for iOS 7.x and concentrating their efforts towards that.

There is already codesigning in the bootrom and thats been beaten before.
As long as there is code, it will always be there to be cracked.

Hardware restriction means software loaded onto the hardware.
Makes no difference, it can still be bypassed.

True that some of the guys did have it a few months prior but it wasn't perfect then we had the whole "not enough donations to release" campaign by that one ex-hacker.
