iOS Can Devs make Apps w/ multi-touch?

I apologize if this has been asked but I came across a lot of irrelevant results in my search.

Have Devs been able to use multi-touch in their Apps? I just don't know any Apps that really utilize it because I figure Devs could do something amazing with multi-touch.

There are several (thousand) apps that employ multi-touch, look at many of those games for the iPhone / iPod Touch.
