Can I activate an already JB and unlocked 3GS?

Hi!
I am using a Jailbreaked and unlocked 3GS with FW 3.0.1. My push notifications are not working. I applied pushfix from iponeil-repository but it didn´t change anything. I read somewhere that i the solution is to activate with an apple-approved sim and afterwards jailbreak and unlock. As you all know since wednesday it is not possilbe to just restore 3.0.1, activate and jailbreak.
What can i do, is there a possibility to activate an already unlocked iphone?

It's impossible to DOWNGRADE the OS not restore. You can press and hold alt/option when you click restore, and restore to 3.0.1, then do a legit activation and viola problem solved.

Unfortunately it is not longer possible to do an restore to 3.0.1 by holding alt/option when i click restore in Itunes! I there another way?
