Hi,
I have a iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1.1 and it's jailbroken and I want to unjailbreak it, but I don't want to lose anything and I don't have a recent backup because I jailbroke my phone while my computer was being fixed. I have deleted all of my jailbreak apps so if I back it up now will there be any traces of the jailbreak.

restore as new is your best option you can still restore all your contacts photo's music etc from your backup. if you want to loose the jailbreak 100% that is the best option..

I dont have a backup that is recent on this computer so I don't know who I can get my stuff back.

You're fine to back up jailbroken and restore from back up. It's not recommended, but it's not going to hurt anything. You may end up with a larger than usual "other" category of space used, but that's all.
