Can I buy just the right hand side AirPod Pro 2?

I'm profoundly deaf on one side and want to use the Pro or Pro 2 as a hearing aid. Can I do that? Or do I have to buy 2. If I can, Does anyone know where I can just buy the right hand side reasonably?

I don't believe Apple will sell you only one, though you might be able to tell them you lost one of your Airpods. But, you'd still have to buy the charging case. Might as well just order both. Also, I'm not sure how good it would be used as a hearing device vs. a regular hearing aid.
