Can I install i SSH from App store and use Transmit to replace Mobileinstallation, to install ipa file?
so I can use apps out of App store but without pwn my iPhone?

I'm no expert but I would say that Apple knows about people changing the Mobileinstallation file so I don't think they will allow an app on the app store that would make it possible for people to use pirated apps.

Just a client indeed. Too many l337 hax0rs seem to get the impression that iSSH et. al. some how work to jailbreak the iPhone legitmately. Apparently they can read a how-to on how to run scripts but can't take the time to read a product description. Oh well.

And even if it were a server, you'd only have access to the program's "chroot", so it'd do you no good unless you could find some vulnerability that somehow gave you outside root access or something ... which wouldn't happen.

Script kiddies are funny. :D
