Can I do that? Or do I need to reinstall everything from the beginning??
Btw, I might upgrade to vista later.. any good recommendation??

I tought Parallels was based on a sparse disk image, so wouldn't you be able to change the disk size. I know this isn't available on Boot Camp though.

Parallels you can change the image size using a tool that comes with Parallels. BUT it's getting Windows to recognise the new bigger size that's the problem. This article explains what to do.

For Boot Camp you have to start from scratch.
