Can I Consolidate Two lists of Mailbox Files in Apple Mail?

I have two separate lists of mailbox files in Apple Mail on my MBP. One is "titled" On My Mac, the other list is below that and is headed by the name of Spectrum's server, rochester.rr.com. Is there a way to combine them into one list?
