Can i copy/paste Music, videos, etc to Iphone 3gs rather than using iTunes?

I remember when i had Iphone 2g i used to use a software called IPHONE PC SUIT, and it basically enabled copy/paste to iphone.

Now i want to know is there anything for IPHONE 3GS that works better than iTunes?

I dont like Syncing, and iTunes for some reason...
