I'm sorry if this topic is related to the forum, or it is too naive.
I want to create a simple os x app, that is very like a lyrics or caption type of app.
It shows you some feeds generated from a website on your desktop. The important thing is I want it to be shown in front of any video players, so even though the video is in full screen mode, the app will still get shown in front of it. Kind of like a overlayer in front of it.
I haven't done any desktop app development before, so that why I need to know if this is possible before investing some time on it. If there is any similar app or tutorial, that would be very helpful!
