Can I delete some folders in my iPhone?

Hello. Can anyone explain the folder structure inside iPhone?
I use Fugu to dig into the phone, I see so many folders. So which folders can we modify? Which folders should I put my own stuff like pics./ ringtones/ songs etc.
I want to put all these stuff directly into the phone instead of using other apps. I don't want to install so many apps on my phone.

Last questions. I installed Customize, also some other apps and unistalled already. I found some of them left some folders in my iPhone. I can safely remove those folders?Just make sure that apps no longer in my phone will be fine, right? Thanks a lot!

If you KNOW for sure the apps installed those folder, go ahead and delete them. There is always the restore option if you screw up. However, with other folder, for the gods' sakes don't mess with them. Feel free to add your files in the /var/root/Media folder (sorry if that's a little off, I'm not in my iPhone right now). But careful, for most things syncing with iTunes or emailing is ideal.
