Can I disable "Slide to reply?

Hey all
Just updated to iOS5

now whenever I receive a message (whatsapp, sms)
the lock screen shows "slide to reply" instead of "slide to unlock"

but sometimes I don't want to reply yet, if I do, i can simply slide the icon, so is it possible to disable this option?

The slider only changes to Reply when the notification first comes up on the lock screen. If you just hit the Lock button or let the phone go back to its lock state, the next time you go to unlock it, it will have the "slide to unlock" back again and you can swipe the icon to reply.
