Can I donwgrade a 1.1.2 again after jailbreak and keep all my info on itunes/phone?

Ok so I just jailbroke my OOB 1.1.2 and have abunch of apps on here, the problem is, I cant sync videos with 1.1.2 because it isnt fully compatible with windows media center computers which screws up syncs. Is there a way to downgrade but still keep all my stuff?

I dont remember if I could when I did the jailbreak and I dont feel like resyncing all my music(which takes forever thanks to 1.1.2).

Unfortunately, you must re-sync all data after restoring from a jailbreak.
