iPhone Can I downgrade from 6.x to 5.x on a5 or later?

I have my shsh blobs from 5.1.1. Is it possible to downgrade to 5.1.1 from 6.1.2 on 4s?

No, you can only downgrade if Apple is signing the target firmware.

Downgrading from iOS6 via saved SHSH is only an option on 3GS and iPhone 4
